Leaning into gratitude activates the abundance of what we already have. When we focus on what we have already in our lives that is great, the good gets better and the gratitude is our biggest expander.
What we focus on grows — focus on what we already have that is great, often it is the most simple things. The sounds of the birds in the morning before the sunrises with a cup of tea. The hug from your child that lingers just a little bit longer. The unexpected call that brightens your day.
The more gratitude we embody, the more things we have to be grateful for.
Simple maths — more + more = MUCH, MUCH MORE!
Our lives are always changing, the ebbs and the flows, the comings and the goings of life and love, the things that make our lives better, the things that break our hearts, the challenges that expand us, the invitations that help us to step into our hearts and live from that place. Gratitude is the ultimate abundance expander. Gratitude puts us into a state of receptivity of the good things. It activates our RAS (Reticular Activating System) a part of our brain that is hard wired to find all the things that we ask it to, quite quickly you will notice more things to be grateful for.
Being grateful makes us naturally more magnetic.
So right now, as we lean into a big change, I wonder if you may be too? I am trying to muster all the courage, all the trust and all the proof that it somehow, someway always seems to be okay.

Just for today, let gratitude lead your heart and be your focus, let it be where your energy goes, let it be where your energy flows. Where our energy flows is what expands and grows in our lives, it is creating our world.
